Taylor Swift was the first country artist to ever win an vm award, and I doubt that she would want such an occasion to be thwarted by having someone stage something that would do nothing for anyone involved... other than make Kanye look like a total ass..
Further... Kanye wasn't scheduled to appear on Leno.. That came about after the incident when he said he wanted to talk and Leno canceled the guest that was to appear in that slot.
