Should I continue to list the hundreds of policy changes Obama has accomplished in the first 8 months?

Well...some of the policy changes you have listed...were talking points during President Bush's administration...and some of them are talking points of President Obama's administration...my question is then...when do all of the talking points become action and are no longer just talking points?
