Users do have to install a toolbar which is a draw back, but your site can get new viral visitors and bookmaker if they like your content. It works best with general traffic imo and more than likely new tubes, or cam sites. Like i said i saw a huge boost in traffic, as compared to what i already had if your site is more established it might not help you as much, but i have seen pornhub, etc links on there.
