Sounds like Rush was taken out of context and the original point he was trying to make was that there is this perception that the White student "had what was coming to him" because he was on a bus populated almost exclusively by Black students. He probably reasoned that since we feel this was somehow justified and appropriate, then we might as well have segregated buses.
