I wouldn't make a big deal out of it at this age
If it was my son I'd sit him down and tell him he shouldn't be coming home with hickies at the age of 10, and ask him what happened. I'd then ask how did he feel when the boy was giving him hickies. Then I'd ask him how he would feel if it was a girl who had given him the hickies. Kinda get a feel of which team he wants to play for. But I'd make it clear he shouldn't be coming home with hickies. I would then tell him "I'm always here for you if you want to talk about anything, and no matter what, your dad is here for you and will always love you"
