Not that easy, unless you disable all view counts and ratings.
Most scripts are setup to rotate on their own, provided the traffic factor is there. You can display most viewed, most rated, most recent or average clicks. Maybe some scripts have even more options, like a random main page that shows only videos with 0 views, making it look fresh. Also, many scripts are setup with XML feeds that will add sponsors content on a regular basis.
