Open a brower, open a new tab for each gmail acct and you are set to go. Or you could have hit Command-N (new brower) and opened up a new browser for each instance of gmail. You could also download the Gmail Notifier for Mac which would alert you when you have mail to any of your gmail accts.
One of the reasons I switched to Mac was because there was so much cool (apple/mac) software that I could not use on my PC.
