Wish there were, but I was on the phone with tech support at 2am, we went through everything - it's apparently a cabling issue on my end, and the cable runs through several walls and closets, under rungs.......etc
Didn't need to watch it online - could watch in my office where the satellite was working fine, just couldn't watch in hi-def or on the couch.
