People seem to equate " nice guy " with " pushover " and I don't think that's what the OP meant. I think it's more like " asshole " = dirt bag and " nice guy " = good person.
So why would a girl pick an asshole that she has to fight every step of the way in order to get what she wants and in fact may never get it and spend all day every day filled with useless drama when she could pick a good, decent nice guy who shares a common goal and will work together in order to reach it.
I would think the ultimate goal in life would be to live it like you want. Why in hell would you pick someone that will hold you back from that.
