She does daily preggo exercises and has DVDs of preggo yoga she has been doing too. She is actually more active than most pregnant women I bet.
I had to tell her to get inside the other day she was out in the garden pulling weeds and it was too hot to be out!
Cherry has been preparing for this physically for years LOL we had the DVDs for her before she even got pregnant I think
