I completely agree with you LazyCash, I cringed when I saw that the first post was deleted. We have nothing to hide and we will be happy to shed some light on your inquiring minds as soon upper management returns home from India tomorrow.
Every single person in this industry should be skeptical of their billing companies, due diligence is very important and I do respect that immensely. But theres a fine line between being skeptical and hurting an innocent company's reputation (especially when much of our business is based on reputation). I just get the feeling that some of the people posting in this thread are just praying to see another payment processor fail. Why would you want that? So you can have something to talk about for a week? That's definitely not a good mentality that anyone in this industry should carry. Competition among billers is a very good thing for webmasters as they end up the real winners, it pushes innovation and drives down costs.
