They did a series of wrong decisions and I can not see anything that they did right. They were drinking underage, they were at a party where others were supplying them and the girls alcohol despite them being underage. They took a picture of a drunk girl who had her top up (we know consent can not be given drunk or by a minor), and then they shared it.

Only real question is this:

The one guy who received the photo, and the distributed it to everyone else. Will he get charged? Could he not hide behind it being use submitted and thus he did not need records?
they did a lot of illegal things.. but that doesn't necessarily mean wrong.
