The employee did the right thing in reporting it. If his judgement HAVING SEEN THE SNAPS (which we have not) was that they were inappropriate wh are you to cal him a pervert?
He referred the matter up, and it seems many people agreed with him. If not SOMEBODY wold have said to him "what is the matter with you, there is nothing wrong with that"

"An Italian man has landed in hot water with authorities after he was spotted kissing his 8-year-old daughter at a beach resort in Brazil.
The man, 48, was arrested Sept. 2 and could face eight to 15 years in prison if convicted under Brazil's strict new laws designed to prevent foreigners from coming to the country to have sex with children.
A Brazilian couple told police they saw the man touching a young girl inappropriately and kissing her on the mouth at a swimming pool in front of other tourists at the resort in Fortazela, northeastern Brazil, the BBC reported Monday.
The man's wife, who is Brazilian, says the whole thing is a misunderstanding, and that witnesses misinterpreted the interaction between an older, foreign white man and a dark-skinned young girl. She told a Brazilian news outlet that she had been present during the whole time the incident is said to have occurred.
Staff at the resort have also been reported as saying they saw nothing unusual, according to the BBC.
The man remains in police custody, and Italian authorities are attempting to secure his release, the BBC reported. "
edit: oh and by the way, all of the images with the kids faces etc blocked out have been online and on tv for a couple of days now. Every person has probably half a dozen similar images in their family photo album.
