how can one avoid legal problems such as:
1) a model suing for having her nude photo out there without her permission.
2) a photo of a 17 year old giving a blow job

or worse, 1) and 2) together, the parents of the 17 year old blow job girl suing your ass off, together with the entire federal police and attorney general!?

I saw some such site requesting people to send in their photos (or of their girlfriends!), but any age verification, if done at all, is very rudimentary and prone to falsification.
