It looks as though sweat had re-invigorated some shit residue thereby causing the proverbial "anal itching". Clearly her strategy was to attempt to handle the situation and at the end there, she couldnt resist a sniff.
I need to make it clear that I havent studied the video that closely but thats my basic analysis.
