I was hoping to avoid this, but looks like I will have to state the obvious.
This is how a smart person sells tube traffic, and the people behind TJ are smart:
1) Create ad zones and put up affiliate ads
2) Calculate, based on PPS/revshare results, the CPM value of each zone
3) Use a bidding system to sell the traffic.
4) Buy your own traffic by bidding just below your calculated CPM value
5) When someone bids above your own bid --> $$$ PROFIT MORE $$$
The purpose of this whole skinning is to find someone who can convert tube traffic better than the people who own the tubes can.
It's not easy, but if you can do it, you stand to make A LOT of money since there is A TON of traffic.
And if you can't do it, it doesn't mean that it's impossible. Someone will.
Of course, since you are dealing with thieves, expect the method to be stolen
