You know how stupid people are sometimes.
Well, again, they'd probably see it as an oppertunity to push out the boat even further than they already have. So until there's a 99,9% vaccine, one should be cautious.
It can limit the infections but only if handled properly.
People with brains: great
People with no brains: no matter what, they'll fuck up.

People w brains etc...
My Point exactly!!!
Those with brains have already been practicing 'safer sex' those with out... well... They're the ones who are most likely to be infected aren't they?
To be honest- I am a 'real life' swinger and in being around that environment, I've come to see that many people don't take the proper precautions. Or they think they can tell that some one is 'D&D FREE' just by their appearance/ demeanor.
Anyone who is mature enough to have sex, should know as much about the risks of it as possible. Weather you do it once- or hundreds of times, each time you 'bare back' there's that risk- even with condoms, they do break.
I think if this became available in the western world, it would make those who choose to be safer, all the more so.
And those who think they're 'sexually invincible' wouldn't even bother with it.
Stupid is as stupid does & those who have stupid their entire sexual lives, will remain to be so, regardless...
My motto is simply this:
"I live for sex- but I refuse to die for it!"
Be safe
