Hey, a visitor needs to click on the 'click here' link within the Intellichat campaign for our cookie to be dropped. Our NATS integration actually credits you guys in on the saved sale.
In the other thread things seemed to go round in circles on the back button question. A campaign will only have this active if the company has asked for it

. Nats are currently working on a feature which will allow the program owner to configure the Intellichat cookie length (which will allow the affiliate cookie to override once if the visitor doesnt purchase through the campaign)
When a visitor purchases through Intellichat on programs using Nats the original affiliate is being credited for the saved sale. You can also have Intellichat disabled on your traffic if you wish.
We are just about to leave for Amsterdam, but please feel free to hit me up on email if you have any questions
