Yeah they do actually take that into account. Which makes the tiny, tiny chance that you could catch it look even worse than it really is. They lump everybody together in those stats. The chances of a male walking into a bar, picking up a bitch, Fucking the hell out of her bareback and catching HIV are FAR less than the chances of you killing yourself!!!
