Lol that's just stupid. Potatoes are PACKED with carbs. And the last thing you want is carbs.
Lots of veggies = good
Carbs = not so good.
So bread, potatoes, pasta = bad
Try to cut back on those, make sure you get supplements(vitamins etc) and take them.
Fruit: also good but not too many fruits. They are packed with sugars and acids. Sugar = bad for body, acids = BAD for teeth
Go for an hour long walk every day. Or twice a day(morning and evening). Get an MP3 player and put some good music on. Take it along.
The main problem(especially) webmasters have is that they sit on their asses all day long.
