That is my point entirely. The same standard should apply to everyone. If some fat local loser had slept with that girl under similar circumstances he would have done 10 years in the DOC (likely being subjected to violence and possible sexual assault the whole time).

I am not condemning Polsanski per se but rather a system where one class of defendant is treated differently than another. That is what makes me sick.
