Well, I had to renovate a house for about 10 months which meant I had to cycle 30 minutes to get there, and 30 minutes to get back, every day. On top of that, lots of construction work. But AFTER that I kept up by eating less, doing daily walks, many times 2 walks a day of about an hour.
Some days an extra hour of cycling.
