I don't think Brazzers would buy a domain that not only could potentially be taken away in a UDRP but also possibly bring a lawsuit. You don't hide the fact on your site that you're trying to at least somewhat capitalize on FMyLife's popularity, and they have a TM by the way. Similar enough + you were aware of FMyLife + bad faith usage = successful UDRP, and if Brazzers owned the name, FMyLife would lick their lips at the thought of a lawsuit.
