My ex-wife scheduled a flu shot for my daughter tomorrow. She is with me and I am suppose to bring her to get it.

I don't agree with flu shots... I'm not completely anti-flu shots but just think most healthy bodies do just fine without it.

I want to go to the diner instead of the doctor's office...

My question is this... If this went before a judge (it likely will)

Would the judge support my decision that I don't want any shit injected into my daughters body?
