Sorry to hear that. Let me know if you need help tracking down the ip for the downsloads to try and match it up to the location of the cc holder. It might help you out in fighting the charge back. How long ago was the download? Like 6 weeks ago? Well send me whatever info you have and we'll see what we can track down for ya.
