i always make my miso soup with tofu. i substitute wasabi-infused sesame oil for the bonito, though, because i don't like fish very much. i've used wakame seaweed too, before, when i was on a ~sea minerals are good for your skin and hair~ kick.

I thought it was myself, however I have gotten in a bunch of times without the tofu cubes.
