Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Blackbelt and oer 280lbs on top of him by the name of Roy Nelson. Not many people are getting out of that.

Everytime I've had a chance to talk to him, he's always been humble, none of this thug life bullshit. I know over 60 year old Brown Belts, and 50 year old Blackbelts. He doesnt' have to be that advanced, but he does have to learn how to get out of bad positions, and now he's with American Top Team, you can bet your ass he's going to get that training.
