hmm quality and price, depends on what you are selling really traffic to me never has a quality level it depends on how you sell, for instance if i was buying higher "skim" traffic i would be more agressive with a shorter fold join option and a faster thru put on forms, than i would for say google referrer ;) for a specific site that i have always liked buying from worldsex.com is great never lets me down. (Pierre you can give me a discount any time you read this)
