Mistake: it was a 7 ounce magic shell container that costs a lot, in my opionon.
Also, I tried that combinations of butter and vegetable oils. They work but the shell is thicker and has a different taste (closer the the store bought).
Also, you have to stir the sauce each time before using because the oil separates slightly.
I found the cheapest coconut oil is at super Walmart, $5.89 for 31.5 fluid ounces. $7.51 for 24 ounce Nestle morsels.
the final cost is $ 1.90 per 7 ounces. So it is a little less that purchasing it direct but tastes a lot better.
