As previously mentioned, CFNM is, at its core, about submission and domination. At first glance, this is obvious in the fact that the women remain clothed while the male is (forced to strip) nude. But deeper down, one can argue that the nude male is objectified and treated as a toy, to so speak, for the amusement and entertainment of the women.
Also, CFNM is popular with women because it presents the male form, which women enjoy (assuming the male form in question isn't fat or disfigured), and also because they do not feel threatened by the women in the scene as they are clothed and will not inspire any body image anxiety.
