How quick? At what rate?
One thing I am ramping up in the mainstream is buying front foot's. I am usually offered them at 20 to 30 cents on the dollar -- developers are desperate. 33 year annuity and it is senior to the mortgage -- so if those bitches default you steal the house right out from under the bank.
