If I was looking for a content management domain, I certainly wouldn't be buying a domain trying to SEO for long tail keywords unless that's part of the overall plan, but I would rather be looking for branding opportunities. Unless your an idiot and actually calling your product "Content Management Script", i'd only be interested in it for the long tail keywords and that's it and even then, depending on traffic volumes, can't see it being worth more than $20.
