Unfortunately, I can't share the details of our clients' issues. Just as if you were a customer of ours I would not share details of your issues with anyone. I only stated that it wasn't a billing issue as it had been implied that someone hadn't paid their bill. That was not the case and I wanted to clarify that.

However, the most common reason for "No Valid License Found" is a hardware change. Our licenses are tied to the hardware and if that hardware changes without the license being updated to function on the new hardware (or function on both in the case of a server/host move) that license will die.

If someone is behind on their bills we do not completely shut off their NATS. In this situation the license is "expired" and only the admin area is disabled. Paysite sales, affiliate areas & stats, etc. still function as normal. The only time we completely shut off a NATS due to payment issues is when someone is months and months behind, we have not been able to contact them, etc.
