Same deal here. Etelegate's site shows that they've been rebilling approximately 600 of my former customers. Their phone number goes to an answering machine and tickets aren't answered.

I am amazed they've been blatantly getting away with this for so long, having affected so many people (both webmasters and former subscribers).
