I can't get sued for printing what was first found on another site. If it's somewhere else or already widely known, I can't get sued when there was no malicious intent. I can say till I'm blue in the face that Bill Asher raped Stephanie Morgan because she herself said it and it's still up on many other sources. I can say till I'm blue in the face that Skeeter Kerkove is a criminal when he is in fact a convicted criminal. He got his tampon bent out of shape when I had called him a criminal before. Then someone was kind enough to send me his mugshot found on the Megan's Law website. I can say till I'm blue in the face that Marc Wallice knowingly infected his costars with HIV because it's been common knowledge for over a decade.
So if I came across information on you that I felt was news worthy, I would run it. If you released a statement, I would run that after. case closed.
