A week ago my 3 yr old girl came into the office and said, "Daddy, Ethan needs to go to bed".. so she walked me into my 1yr old son's room and she suddenly burst into a song "twinkle twinkle little star".. singing to him as I do every night. Then at the end she handed him his bottle - leaned over and kissed him as he stood in his crib. Without warning she stood back and said, "now go to bed" and with her hand pushed Ethan hard back into his crib falling down then proceeded out of the room.
I went from the most amazing moment in my life to utmost joy and tears as i laughed at her innocent care for her brother. It's those moments that make it all worthwhile.
