I would say an eye for an eye man.. if girls can give life at 14 now adays and driving at 16 then i think the maturity level of a 16 year old kid that did this to your family should get a lil chat from you ...lets say you could talk baseball with him or maybe hockey if he did this on accident..if it was intentional then well.. homerun..my 2cts and im not thinking crazy here.. if someone did this to my family member.. blood would be shed FTP!!
