I've done my own research and asked questions and looked around. I was told if there was no malicious intent on my part and that I'm not actually a journalist who would know the laws that comes with reporting, I'll be fine.
I also don't post everything I'm told. If I did, Porno Dan and many others would be upset right now. I do ask questions and ask what are their sources. There are things I will never post, can never post, or have to hold on off for a while. So I am being cautious, aren't I?
And when others in the porn industry tell me I won't be sued because this is the porn industry we're talking about (their own words), I guess I have nothing to worry about. I'm not Skeeter Kerkove just pulling shit out of my ass.
