Everyone (including legislative and enforcement division) know that "protest" means "outside of the norm". It's not a parade. It's a protest. It's not a million man marching band, it's a million man march.

On the practical side, if a cop told me to move I would move. I'd preserve myself and obey.

Doesnt mean I think these make-believe things people today think are real protests are anything more than coordinated efforts to prevent "disruption" though.
