I would love to speak with you, or anyone else for that matter, directly about the problems you are having. Please feel free to hit me up on icq #56 05 48 95 or via support [at] phatservers . net and let me know exactly what your recent issues are and how we have fallen short in our service for you so I can get to the bottom of this. We have worked hard for nine years to give top notch managed service at affordable prices so we would really like to know what the issue is. I don't have any ICQ messages, Moose doesn't have any, there aren't any tickets to sales or our techs saying "hey, I need to talk to you, you guys suck lately," so it's really hard for us to help you out based on this thread. We take these claims very seriously and would love to get to the bottom of your issue.
For the record, again, there has been no change in ownership, we rebranded under a new name for many reasons, the Phatservers.net brand still exists, it is still the same ownership, same DC, more BW than before, hosting more clients than before we switched to AmeriNOC and growing weekly. While the migration to a new billing system and a new support system hasn't been without hiccups we know that these changes will lead to better overall service in the future.
