It's one of those 50/50 things. On one hand he's a cunt and I'd tell him to fuck off. On the other hand a refund will cost you less if he actually does do a CB and good luck disputing those. 90% of the time you will loose a challenge as I have in the past, even when providing the biller with log files of all the content that was downloaded and ip access stamps.
