yea "know your customer" is worldwide, which surprised me. US Homeland Security has issued these know your customer forms to every bank in the world.

the form is only to find YOUR information. it does not in any way extend to your customers, employers, or benefactors.

i dont know about the Netherlands, but in the US its illegal to inquire about YOUR customers, unless you are trying to get a line of credit. thats a right to privacy thing.

if you want to stay with that bank, i'd recommend googling the know your customer act and reaming them a bit.
