That will be right after he flees the US to Costa Rica, after selling the domain name. Trying to seize a domain name in court is like trying to hug an eel.

Not sure if Charles Carreon posts here but he was the lawyer chasing the name and assets for Gary Kremen, who rightfully owned Sex.com. He would know everything there is to know about trying to get back a domain name.
