Actually lots of good ones listed.
Glad it is soup time of year, at least for the hot soups.
You all got me thinking and since there is one more burst of them before fall really sets in. I definitely want to make a good cream of artichoke soup now.
I do love a good onion soup. However a good one takes some serious time. It will be on my list soon, just need to plan a day for it.
