yeah imagine trying to disconnect a tow truck.. the latches, chains, hydraulics.. his fist. ;)
they tow people nightly on Sunset blvd.. after midnight you are fucking towed. They wait like vultures.. you think parking and paying for a meter is ok if you can find one available.. then drink and taxi home if too drunk, only to find that you're gone the next day. Gotta be aware of the posted signage LA loves to collect revenue with.
