I've had a lot of interest but no one can commit. Had one person put down a 50k escrow but then tried counter offering their own offer for 35k because they thought I was desperate and would take it

Then I had someone put down a deposit and actually SEND me 10k through epass but wanted to pay 3k/week to aquire the site... also didn't work

Site took down 5.3k for August, 5.1k for Sept, 4.6 in July, 4.3 in June

I will take 45,000$ from any serious buyers, also open to partnerships
