Basically there is not a difference in the correct alignment of specific asanas (postures) between the various "types" of yoga. Bikram is just a guy from India who got a copyright. If you ever want to explore other kinds of classes besides Bikram, definitely do. Bikram is the same postures in the same order every class. Check out places like Corepower or studios that offer Ashtanga, aka Vinyasa Flow. The teachers present the flow in different ways and are more creative.

But yeah, the heated yoga classes are simply amazing. I love it so much. It gives me a sense of renewal that I never knew was possible. I feel like a new man every time I go. IMO yoga is simply the greatest thing you can ever do for yourself. The physical benefits are endless, and a healthy body is a healthy mind. The sense of mental clarity I feel from practicing yoga just makes me utterly thankful to be alive.
