I am not doubting the problems Barefooties had, but I think it's very obvious this is not a 'designed attempt to mislead' anyone. The crack BF fell in would only arise during a cascade after a failed billing attempt and would be a very obvious charge-back for any consumer. Mark says he is addressing it with the billing staff and based on past experiences I believe this matter will be taken care of very quickly. The important part of all this is that an issue was raised and the program is resolving it quickly.

If all adult companies and webmasters took problem resolution as seriously and acted as quickly to resolve discrepancies, we would all be better off
