Well honestly it is no "persona" you get what I am.
It also just sort of happens when your life gets flipped upside down before you turn 12. From that point on, it was living in my head so to speak. Dealing with adults the majority of my time, well until I was out of rehab. Even then I related more to adults than kids my age. Had a few good friends but was also a natural loner. I also had done a lot as a kid before hitting 12 that had drastic changes in my life. To think of it, I was pretty much raising 3 brothers by that time, while my father was at work - this had been going on a couple years. I held jobs before then (paper routes, subscription sales at night for USA Today, plus mowing some 40 lawns a week). Add in some BMX racing, and a big interest in both reading and role playing games.
