Right, but that divorce statistic is true for all USofA races, not just for US black and US "white" mixed races. The issue at hand is that there is someone who hold's a position as a JUDGE in our judicial system that thinks it is his position to decide that a loving relation ship between a similarly paired in skin toned couple will have a better chance of success than another couple who's skin tone may match better but may be just as distant in race. Whatever happened to the term "Justice is Blind"? Isn't there just as many ideological differences between a "white" person of Irish Catholic decent from a "white" person who transplanted here from CANADIA who is of French decent?
